Our policy lasts 45 days for cell phone armbands and running belts. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Within forty five days of your purchase, If you are unhappy with your arm band we will issue you a full refund minus the cost of shipping upon return of the item. If you ordered the wrong size, you can also exchange for a different size. Please contact me at email@example.com for information on where to send your returns. Put RETURN in the subject line.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
